If a member fails to pay membership fees and contributions in accordance with Article 7 (3) of the Articles of Incorporation, the member's eligibility and authority will be temporarily suspendedAs a result, they may not appear on the artist list.
Sign up and Annual fee payment The city will reappear on the artist list at the same time as membership rights are restored.
